10 times the numerator $(10 x)$ exceeds 5 times denominator $(5 y)$ by 30

$\Rightarrow (10 x - 5 y = 30)$

If we interchange the numerator and denominator as $y$ and $x$ resp then

The equation is $10 y - 5 x = 30$
