SOLUTION

Let the quantity of A and B are 7x and 5x respectively.
According to question;
Here, if we think about the question deeply,
In the 9 litres of mixture that is taken out and replaced with pure B solution
the only part changing in the mixure is the portion of A that was taken out with 9 liters and the same portion is again added in the form of B.
so,
A is reduced by the amount 9×(7/12) and the same part of A is replaced with B.

So, the quantity of liquid A in the can = 7 × 3 = 21l
