Snap points provide a way to specify precise locations on objects whenever we prompted for a point within a command.

We use object snaps to create a line from the centre of a circle to the midpoint of another line or create a line between midpoints of two circles etc. So the snap points are dependent on the type of object we want to create.

∴ The number of snap points for an object depends upon the objects.
