In this question -

From the above figure, Mintu is 9^th from the right and Amir is 14^th from the right end and Ambuj is 7^th from the left end and 2^nd from the left of Amir. So Amir is 9^th from the left end and Mintu is 14^th from the left end.
So we calculate the total number of boys in a row =
Ambuj from the left + Amir is 2^nd from the Ambuj + Mintu is 5^th to the Amir + 8 person right to the Mintu
= 7 + 2 + 5 + 8
= 22
total number of boys = 22
Hence, option B is the correct response.
