AOE = 1460
And DAO = 620
Now, AOE+EOB = 1800
 EOB = 1800 - 1460
 EOB = 340
Now, OB = OE (radius)
 OBE = OEB = x
Now in triangle OEB;
EOB+OBE + OEB = 1800
 340 + x + x = 1800
2x = 1460
x = 730
Now, OBE + EBC = 1800
730 + EBC = 1800
EBC = 1070
