SOLUTION
Golconda Fort was built by Rajah of Warangal of Kakatiya Dynasty in 1143. One of the chief reasons for building this fort was to protect the western part of the kingdom. It was built of mud on a hill top. Later this fort was rebuilt by Rani Rudrama Devi after the end of Kakatiya Dynasty.
