Let Natu has 70 oranges and Buchku has 50 oranges.
If Natu take 10 oranges from Buchku, then Natu’s oranges become = 70 + 10 = 80

Condition first
x + 10 = 2 (y - 10)
⇒ x - 2y = -30 ----(1)
